We are early to be building on ton and can’t wait to get the show started and handing over the mic to Numa social.

Crystal. Yo, what’s up? What’s up? All right. Yeah. Obviously, Taun has the potential of being the absolute biggest, baddest blockchain in the history of the world. And so we’re very happy to be building on that. I believe in a multi-chain future, but I.

Projects and Partnerships

I do believe that ton definitely has, you know, has way more to offer than any other layer, one that’s ever come out in the past. And so we’re very happy to be building here. Our friends, our new friends at Firecoin, they also are building on ton and they’re excellent at doing so. We met them in Singapore for token 2049 at a random event.

First Impressions

They sat down at a table and we actually gave them the very first physical scratch card. Now, I don’t know if we have that video or if we’ve posted that video or even if we have the permission to post that video, but it was probably the greatest first scratch off that you could ever have. It wasn’t scripted. It was in real time. We were all a little bit tipsy, or at least I was. And so that’s the deal.

It was quite spectacular and quite some fun. And we want to meet them. And you guys know, if you’ve joined our spaces in the past, I want to dig deep. Who the heck is firecoin? But more importantly, what are the trials and tribulations of building in this space? Because before you enter, before you think you have what it takes to build the next best mini app or the next best protocol or the next best game or whatever it is, you should hear from the founders themselves and heard about what it takes to actually bring things to market.

So I am incredibly excited. I will give it over to Louie to start the questions. He starts them and then I go off script and we’re just going to have some fun. But before we go to Louie for the first question, Firecoin, welcome to the show. Maybe you can introduce yourself and give us a low down elevator pitch of who Firecoin is and how it all got started.

Firecoin’s Team Introduction

Hey, guys. Hey. Actually, thank you for a very warm welcoming. It’s actually the first time we are speaking to our community, so I guess it makes this spaces even more special. So, yeah, basically when it comes to our team and my little introduction, me and my team, we got into web three actually a couple of years ago when we were building some quite successful projects on Ethereum within the Ethereum ecosystem.

Previous Projects Overview

One of them is, for example, Punksclub IO, which is a custom token gated social network focused on like cryptopunks. So the OG NFTs, for those who might are, you know, early into web three, I would suggest to check out what crypto punks are. And yeah, we have many members there, almost 600. And yeah, the combined net worth of our members is like counted in billions, actually. Those are like OGs of crypto, basically.

Transition to Ton

And yeah, not that, actually, not that long time ago we encountered ton and ton ecosystem because we’ve been telegram users for many years. But fun fact is that we knew that ton is being developed like two years ago, but we didn’t really pay enough attention to it back then. But more than six months ago, we actually decided to check it out.

Community Engagement

We went to the ton society meetup in Prague, in Czech Republic, met wonderful people there. There were actually one like a team from not coin and other projects. So we were very surprised. And back then, not coin was like the most prominent project in ton. And yeah, basically, funny story is that firecoin actually started kind of an experiment.

Initial Success

We built it very similarly to not coin. And we wanted to just check out what is happening in the ton ecosystem. And within five days we had 1 million users on our clicker mini game. Within another like a week or so, we had 2 million. And up to date we have 3 million users. So it like, surprised us. We were kind of overwhelmed, like how things can grow so quickly with any ecosystem which is, you know, related to web three, because if you want to do such adoption in such short period of time on any other chain, it’s like almost impossible.

Future Development

So after that were like, okay, guys, so we have fantastic community, a lot of people there. So what we should do, and I will, I’m being completely honest right now. So, yeah, we basically started thinking, okay, so we have a great community. Let’s, let’s build a fantastic product on top of it.

Vision for Firecoin

Let’s create something that is actually useful, something that people can use and have value, not only from, you know, extracting the tokenization, but an actual product that is giving you, yeah, just fantastic value. And that’s how we came up with an idea for what firecoin is actually turning into, which is a performance indicator for ton based projects.

User-Friendly Experience

So the whole concept of it is to allow people, even newbies, even rookies, that just entered web three to kind of get insights about what projects, which projects are like hot, which projects are like on fire, basically. So we outlined several indicators based on which we should judge the project, whether the project is legit or not, whether it has potential, we are implementing AI into it to actually drive those insights.

Simplified Data Understanding

So instead of going to, let’s say, coingecko and just looking at the data and learning at least three, four years, what is it? What is it all about? With Firecoin, you will enter that and you will immediately be shown what is important, what the data actually means. Like, for example, the token dynamics, the team track record, the numbers behind communities, how many users in a certain app are real, how many of them are fake.

Judging Investment Opportunities

So you can basically, as a user, and as a potential investor, you can judge whether you want to spend time extracting the token or participating in any kind of a project or not. So basically, I would say this is the whole overview of the firecoin and our vision for it. We are actually on a mission to onboard people from other chains into ton for them to understand how fantastic ecosystem it is.

Telegram Integration Potential

And actually, as you mentioned guys Telegram, the fact that they incorporated web three component into it and they have 1 billion active users there, like the virality potential and the adoption potential is insane. It’s incomparable. There is nothing like this in the ecosystem right now. So we are working heavily to make all of those things happen. And yeah, that’s basically it.

Excitement for Collaboration

I really look forward to using it. I look forward to participating in any way I can given feedback, given my two cents and maybe some of the AI factors that we have under our about might be of use as well. So with friendships and partnerships come collaboration. So I’m really excited about it now in the past because we are a social network and we are building out a very big ecosystem for the creator economy.

Helping Content Creators

With that, it’s a big feat. And we want to help content creators of all sizes and shapes be able to navigate social media in the best way possible by developing tools, by having educational platforms, having partners that have tools like yours that they can find within our ecosystem, and data analytics to really identify how they are doing within their social media presence.

Engagement and Retention

Some of the problems that people have, retention, engagement, all of these things will always remain true in social media, and we want to help people navigate that whole thing. And so we usually talk to projects on the show, talking about their content creation journey and some of the trials and tribulations they may have had along the way.

Content Journey Inquiry

So, yeah, my question is, like, how has they like, obviously with ton, the onboarding of users is there, but then you need to keep up with the content and you need to figure out what sticks and what doesn’t stick. So how has the content journey been for you and where can our audience find you?

Social Media Presence

Across which social platforms are you on? So actually, when it comes to, like, our content creation, we decided to stick with telegram and x simply, at least for now, when it comes to like, what we would like to post and how to engage with the community, actually, we are from, let’s say, this area of expertise where we basically test out different things and we are more about consistency and, you know, checking what works, what doesn’t, like what, because you gotta kind of learn your community.

Community Engagement Testing

While it’s super important to articulate your vision properly, you also have to get to know your community well and kind of try to share your vision in a way that is engaging and understandable to them. So we are basically testing out different ways of how to communicate with our community. Also, in the future, we are planning actually a very big marketing activation before the TGE.

Partnership Considerations

And we are very selective with who we want to partner with by simply analyzing the data behind their numbers and stuff. Because I believe that your solution is superbly important simply because it’s like, there is a lot of fake within the market.

Judging Partnerships

So basically, your platform will allow companies like ours to judge who is worth spending money on or partnering with, basically, which is extremely beneficial. Yeah, that’s a good point. That’s been the case from the very beginning of this web three journey of ours, where users on Telegram, you would see a brand new project blow up to 300,000 followers on Telegram.

Challenge of Fake Metrics

And like, we know that’s not true. And then they have 150,000 on X and we know that’s not true because they just popped out of nowhere and the slow grind up, you also don’t want to do that. So how do we get to a point where, because these metrics, okay, so it’s really funny and crazy, but these metrics are important.

Engagement with Users

You as an investor want to know that the project at least knows how to play the game right. And the game is not played fair, and that’s just how it’s been. And that’s how it is, right? But we’ve always thought, like, how can we bring in the biggest cohort of new and old users into an ecosystem, reward them, engage with them, and incentivize them to participate in the things that we really believe in.

Challenges in User Onboarding

So obviously with Numa, it takes quite a bit to log into our system. And then once you’re in, you build a reputation. And these are all the realist users. Sure, some people can have a few accounts, but if you’re connecting multiple social media platforms, and it’s very difficult for a bot farm to be included, and we want to help people grow for real, because, listen, you can bought all you want, you can have all the fake users you want.

True Engagement

It’s not going to bring you anything but hardships. If you have, you know, if you have 100,000 followers on X, and I see it all the time, 100,000 followers, then you post something and you get six likes. It’s not good for the algorithm, it’s not good for your project, and it’s just not there. So, yeah, we’re there to help, and we can’t wait to help fire coin all the way through, introduce you to as many people as we can and vice versa.

Louie Dog’s Transition

Louie dog, I’ll throw it over to you. Give me some questions, bro, for Firecoin? Yeah, for sure. I mean, looking at the rapid speed and growth on Firecoin on X, over the past four months, they have garnered over 360,000 followers. And within the past few months, on their very first mini app, they have already grown to 3 million plus users.

Current Challenges

So my question to Firecoin, the community would like to know at this current junction and point in time, what are some of the biggest challenges that you’re facing building Firecoin over to you. Okay, so being completely transparent with you, I think the biggest challenge right now for us is basically, you know, we are going through a transition.

Educating the Community

So simply, you know, there was a time where people were launching simple clickers without any reasoning behind it and yeah, actually launching tokens too. And what we are trying to build is actually right now, inform and kind of transform our community to let them know that fire coin is not just a clicker.

Symbol of Growth

It’s like we started with a clicker approach, which we believe is like a kind of a symbol of telegram right now. It’s like it all started with a clicker, with a very simple game, which is not coin. And for us, it’s just like a symbol that we’ve been there from, like, let’s say very early stage of ton and the whole ecosystem.

Challenge of Perception

But right now the biggest challenge is like to inform and educate our existing community what fire coin is turning into and showing them that, as I said, it’s just not about token, it’s also about the value that they will get from our product, which in the same time I feel it’s like a challenge, but it’s quite an easy challenge because, you know, I think it’s quite beneficial to users to know that they will have additional value from the project.

Tokenomics Discussion

Excellent. So one of the biggest problems that I see projects have and I’d love to jump into this real quick. And I understand you only have like maybe do you have to leave like basically right now? No, no. I have ten more minutes. All right, let’s go.

Token Utility

All right, so my favorite subject ever, and this is a very tough subject, but I study it in depth, is tokenomics and utility behind tokens and the value accur that a token would have within its ecosystem. Now I always suggest to projects like don’t even put out investment tokenomics until you absolutely have to, until you’ve actually thought it all out. May I ask what are some of the token utility factors or the value a cure of where people are going to be excited about the firecoin token?

Community and Tokenomics

Absolutely. So first and foremost, I would like to relate to what you just mentioned because what we experienced in the market recently, I’m talking about hamster combat. It’s actually like a situation where you have so many users that it’s like it actually makes a very like, no sense to make it just like token drop, because what happens is that you have, let’s say 200 million users, right, and it’s like impossible.

Challenges of User Expectations

Or like it’s very hard to launch a token with a bigger valuation than let’s say $1 billion. But they basically had too many users and the initial valuation was too low for people to be satisfied with the results because people made quite a decent amount of money on not coin. And everyone was expecting the same from hamster combat. And they’re like, you know, it’s a problem that everyone would love to have, right, too many users.

Tokenomics Functionality

But in the end, you know, the tokenomics worked in a way that is like, you know, quite, it was quite tough for users. Like they were expecting something else. But I believe this is also like a matter of better communication with your community. But getting back to Firecoin token, the utility behind it is actually to use the token within the app to support the project that you like to hold the token for your, for having Firecoin premium, let’s say, with all of the accessible tools that we will have within the app.

Rewards for Engagement

And apart from that, we want to use the token to reward the best performing projects, but also the best performing users. So if you will be very active within our app and you will be writing your opinions about different projects, or you will be actually using the app, you will also get rewarded with tokens.

Governance and Community Involvement

Plus, we want to make Firecoin, like in a spirit of decentralization and building things together, we want to make it governance token, which will basically allow every single user of firecoin to decide about the future of the project. So whether we will be deciding to, let’s say, throw an event, or whether we will be deciding about additional functionalities within the app, we want to, you know, we want to make people be eligible to vote for it.

Introducing Utility

So I guess it’s very interesting. I guess we are like introducing quite a decent utility to the market, and it actually worked pretty well with an Ethereum ecosystem. And I think this is, you know, highest time for something like this to happen in ton. So, yeah, love it.

Valuable Insights

Yeah, I absolutely love it. I see a lot of problems with airdrops and these valuations, and it really does create a pretty major problem, especially with the high valuation, so many users. If people are selling on you and there’s too much distribution and not to the right people, then you’re going to have sell pressure.

Liquidity Challenges

That sell pressure is going to take away from your liquidity that you’re able to make markets with. And that can be absolutely devastating. That can take a project from, you know, a pretty high market cap down to almost nothing pretty darn quickly because you’re fielding all of these sell orders, especially if people aren’t so happy.

Numa’s Different Approach

So it’s just not worth it. And so Numa has come up with a different philosophy that you need to uncover airdrops within our ecosystem, and those airdrops are going to be worth a heck of a lot more than if we distribute it across everybody. And then you end up distributing your airdrop to your biggest users because they have more of a chance to win, because scratch that’s fully randomized.

Looking at Tokenomics

And so that’s where we thought we would take this initially. And we’re still working out a few of the tokenomics, but utility factor and making sure that there’s some use cases for the token are vitally important. And I think for you, I think voting like karate, combat I think it’s a very undervalued token right now because users can actually vote on fights that they want to put together.

Community Engagement

Like, if UFC did that, oh, my God, the fights that I would make, it’s just too much fun. So I really think that’s an awesome use case. And it’s really the foundational architecture of a DAO, being able to vote on stuff and participate in a decentralized way, so. Really, really love that.

And so to keep them safe with what they’re playing with and what they’re doing, you’ll never really have an understanding of how many people you actually helped not get scammed. And, yeah, that’s probably the most noble work that you can have in this space.
