We got our little ecosystem we're trying to build here. And we appreciate everybody coming out and coming in hard with these collabs, because mitten ain't going too well right now. But when people know, I like this moment, to be honest with you, I like it because we. What it's doing is keeping real people in. You know what I mean? People ain't coming in to flip something. They see something. Holiday men, they ain't gonna, you know, let's bring the real people in. That's my take on it. Yeah, that's. That's definitely dope, man. And, like, you know, I'm pretty sure that you got a whole bunch more going on. But, like, as far as the art, man, the art is looking dope and stuff like that. How many people actually on the team, and what was the inspiration behind the art? Because, again, there's a lot of detail, like, you know, and if you got the opportunity, like, definitely to the top.

Art and Inspiration

Yeah, that's a Danny. That's Dan right there. Danny's the archive, but, yeah, let him tell you. Tell us the inspiration behind the art, man. Some crazy shit going on there. Yeah, man. So, like, the art is essentially our second character, and we are building it into the comic book series. So the first comic book for portal beverage, introducing where our chimps came from, which is the time traveling chimps. Like, Johnny was talking about our first collection, and then the beasts, where they're coming into the. Into play, into the story. So, like, I mean, artwork for us has always been huge. You know, back when we. When we first minted, I think within maybe like, three or four months, we did a whole art upgrade on the collection, and we didn't tell the community. We just did it overnight.

Innovations and Community Engagement

Like, were working on it for months, and. And, you know, we all kept hella tight lipped on it, and. And we just. We just fucking pushed the metadata overnight. So people were waking up to, like, you know, these fucking brand new nfts, and the art was just fucking insane, you know, what, coming from where it came from. So were super psyched about that. So, in terms of the artwork, I wanted to. To make it more of a comic book style for. For this next character and jazzy from blessed dogs. And, you know, he did art for the clear collectibles, art and a bunch of other shit. He did our comic book artwork, too. Right now, only the people who bought pre sale on beasts back in January have that book. And I've given away a couple of them, but I just got the rest of them minted. So it is a comic book on D reader.

Community Connections and Goals

You can read it on D reader and that sort of thing. And. And everything is going to be. Everything is going to be through them for now. We're going to. We're looking into, you know, you guys were talking to puffsters and shit. I've been talking to sin, and you guys are, like, definitely goals for sure, in terms of, like, you know, moving. Not even moving, but just like, being in, like, the real business world. And we want to move into that world and in the realm of books and stories and. And. And, like, tangible artwork and stuff like that. So I tell you what, Danny, I'm just gonna tap in there. Right there, cuz. Again, I'm all about network to get work. If you look down in the space, there's. My dude is in the house. His name is Saigo, and he's actually doing, like, some comic books as well, doing some freelancing from some other projects.

Also, he's got a project called undead 2043. Shit is insane. Yeah, he's doing a digital comic, and he's just actually started to ship some physicals. So, like, yo, definitely tap in with my man Saigo network to get what. Like, everybody's loving the fucking artwork. I know you guys have been. I know TTC has been around for a hot minute and so much respect for you guys for, like, continuing to, like, just build through the bear and, you know, just keep, man, just keep grinding, dude. Like, and what you're doing now with just, like, keeping the man open and everything and, you know, kind of picking in to these communities that are here to support you, that's like 100%, man.

Building Through Challenges

That's the right way to go, dude. Like, that's my opinion, man. But that's the right way to go. I appreciate it, man. Like, to be honest with you, like, we didn't, we knew it was gonna be a kind of, like a long situation, like, and I didn't really have an issue with it. I felt like we would be able to turn it into, like, an event, and I feel like we did pretty well with it. And all the people that have been a part of the collaboration mints have minted like, a bunch in public as well. So, like, I mean, realistically, I wasn't even thinking about it like that. I was just like, I want to get these, you know, these pieces out to people and all these people are active and I just wanted to get it into the hands of the right people.

And I feel like we did that because everybody that has gotten an allocation has blown us up either before or after it with extra mints and stuff like that, which we appreciate, obviously, because that's going to help us move forward and continue to put things together. Exciting Updates and Future Collaborations

You guys got a mint going on right now, is that correct? Yeah. So right now the collaboration is live for all those communities. I posted it up there. It's currently, it's enchanted and enchanted miners, puffsters, obviously. We gens, the hybrids, Solana heroes, lucky labs, friends, factory decoders, angry apes, and mob collective are all being able to mint right now. They, they ran their own giveaways in their server and we, you know, we have, you know, whitelisted their wallets and shit to get their be. So that'll be open till Wednesday. Wednesday it'll open back up to public and we'll be less than 20% left.

Anticipating Adentures Ahead

So I feel like we'll be able to smash that shit and be able to get to work and get beasts adventuring and stuff like that, which is really what I'm excited to get going for. For everybody that's new and has a stack of beasts, they're going to be able to go on adventures, you know, within the first week. It's going to be, it's going to be pretty. Like, we super appreciate that and we didn't expect that. We asked these last group if they would be down to do it, and most of them are just like, so fucking generous. And were just like, this is awesome, and we appreciate that. And then the community is going to appreciate it. And just the idea of being able to get some of our community into yours that weren't before and vice versa, you know, that's kind of, that's really like the path that were on for it, so. Yes, sir. Commitment to the Community

My, that's why I'm just committed to doing these spaces, man. Like, you know, again, when you're doing something, you always gonna have, like, you know, the fuzz that's come out, the negative individuals and all that. I just block them. I never used to block anybody before, but now you get an immediate block. I don't need, like, viruses on my hard drive, like, you know, so that I'm losing focus and all that kind of stuff. But like, just, you know, when you get to hang around individuals that share the same mindset, it inspires you because, like, sometimes it's like you know, you might go through a thought process and you think like, yeah, yeah, I'm on track.

Then you get the opportunity to sit down and listen to another entrepreneur's point of view, and it's like, hey, you know what? Let me kind of, like, fine tune, man. I learned, like, let me just implement this little small thing. I took away a golden nugget from that center, bro. I'm here. I'm here to a sponge, man. I'm a sponge. I'm just a facilitator of creating, like, you know, networks and bringing people together and all that kind of stuff. And I look in this space, look how many projects, look how many different pfps are represented here.

Inclusivity in Web3

This is not just one blockchain. This is the blockchain. This is web free. We are web free. Each and every single one of us make up a small component in web three. And if we all work together, like, you know, as a unit, definitely representing our respective projects and stuff like that. Acknowledging Life Beyond Web3

Stuff happens in life. So again, we're just sending you out blessings, making sure, like, you know, making sure that you okay, man, because, like, you never know what can happen from minute to minute. But I'm definitely glad to have you here. You guys kind of, like, launched, like, you know, when NFTs was popping and stuff like that back in April, 2022, if I'm correct. And it was a free mint. So, like, you've seen a lot in web three, and I'd love to hear all about it. You're over there on Ethereum again. This is a web free space. It's not just about one project. It's not just about one chain.

Unity and Shared Knowledge

We all come in together. We all share in knowledge and resources and stuff like that. So. Eight mother, welcome, man. Tell us what you got. Yeah, for sure. It's actually been a good week kind of recapping this, and so I'll make the first little blurb as quick as possible. But, yeah, great question, because we do have a lot of experience. We've been through the full bull cycle. We've been through the full bear cycle. You know, we've tried to be nimble, and I. And experiment with what an NFT brand can be and what it shouldn't be.

Growth Insights and Community Building

We put parties on and, you know, five or six places across the United States, we've met up with holders in Europe. We've. We've built software that we've only used for a month, and then we've built software that we've used for two years now at the same time. And so we've tried to figure out, along with the rest of the innovators in the space, you know, what's going to make the most sense. And along the way, we've tried really hard to actually put our stamp on better in the space as well. Not just from an integrity standpoint, but from all the tech releases that we've actually done.

Innovative Approaches and Challenges

We've always come up with original ideas that luckily, we've been able to be first on and we didn't maybe market the same way as other people, but we saw other projects adopt some of those best practices and methods and unique ideas that we implement in the space, which is really what it's about us. You know, part of it was about giving back to people and re instilling faith in the NFT space in a time where people were paying like 0.2 up to 0.25 ETH for mints. And it was unheard of to do a free mint, but also to, like, put our best foot forward so that we can look back and say, yeah, we're.

Establishing Credibility and Standards

We're goats in the space. We actually brought innovative ideas that no one else is doing, and so we're continuing to do that. So, quick little recap. We were the first free and fair mint on ETH in early 2022. And we started as a PFP pixel art project. The idea was to kind of create a mashup of punks and apes, because that's, you know, the thing that we all fell in love with, but we wanted to do it our style. The thing that we did originally. From the beginning, like, as I alluded to, we whitelisted rugged projects to mint three of our NFTs for free.

Community Engagement and Support

So in our smart contract, if you were onboarded, excuse me, holding a rugged project in your wallet that we put into our smart contract, you could mint the project for free. So instantly, within the first week, people had, like, a fresh two grand in their wallets that, you know, reinstalled some faith in the space. Then we decided to do some cool stuff with animating all the art. And our first roadmap ended with integrating into an existing, you know, metaverse game.

Growth and Development in the Community

And we got to that point after two months of existing in the. Of the space, completing our first roadmap, and decided that, you know, we have some game experience. We have. We both, my partner and I both work in tech and work with big data and scale companies. And so we decided to build our own gaming infrastructure and stand up our own prototype for our own MMORPG called Reunion. And the idea is we would build an ecosystem around our nfts instead of trying to force it, force our art into somebody else's world and then just wash our hands of it.

Community-Centric Game Development

And so in the process of that, you know, we've spent a lot of time taking in community feedback because we did it backwards in that we put out a prototype, a beta version, rather than a fully polished game. And we marketed the experience of we're going to build it with you and we're going to take in all the feedback and, you know, that enabled us to do some really cool stuff. We also got the game to a good enough position in the first couple months of launching it that were able to scale it, not just to all of our holders, but we started throwing collaborative, cross community events in game where for holidays, like Halloween, for example, we had in game events that are festive and, you know, people are running around.

Innovative Growth and Community Events

You have like, you know, 200 apes running around completing challenges on this big open world concept. So, yeah, we, you know, like I was saying when we started, it was really a noble pursuit of how can we give people a better experience on the eth blockchain with nfts. And then they, then it really became a matter of, I don't want to say pride, but it became, you know, we're going to put a lot of these projects to shame, and we're going to do it from a free mint platform position and really change the way people think about the space.

Focus on Creating Experiences

But we're also going to create a product that if you're a gamer, you're going to really like. And if you're not a gamer, at least you can see that the founders aren't just giving you garbage and nonsense and hot air. We're going to put the product in front of you right away instead of doing some of these big capital raises like these other projects have done with the promise of buying land or selling land with nowhere to actually use it. So, by the way, I could tell I'm a little off this my coffee, bro.

Encouragement and Forward Thinking

But, you know, it just sounds like, you know, you guys are early adopters and stuff like that. So what would you say some of the biggest challenges that you've seen? And again, web free changes like every day you've been around since pretty much like, inception. What are some of the biggest challenges that you've kind of, like, experienced? Like, you know, since you guys, you know, came into the marketplace? Yeah, there's been a lot of them. Right.

The Work Behind NFT Projects

I'm gonna go on for a little while about this one because there's a bunch of things that come to mind right away and they're all really good tangents and really interesting stuff for other entrepreneurs in the space to think about. I'll start by saying, whenever somebody says, I'm gonna start an NFT project, I'm like, bro, don't do it unless you really believe that you need to do whatever you're building needs the blockchain, because you underestimate the sheer amount of work and the time spent community facing dealing with problems, specifically people's emotions and how they get can get out of pocket.

Building with Community Feedback

But, you know, it's great when you build a brand and people are so opinionated and so strong that they can't help but give your feedback. And, you know, as a builder, one of the things you always want is a demanding user base. It's actually a really big pain. If you build this great product, you could go out today, recruit a great team, build an awesome iOS app. It could be the best app in the world. But if no one gives a damn about it and you don't have any user feedback, you actually don't have a product that means anything.

Overcoming Feedback Challenges

In our case, we built something that wasn't even finished and we have ticket after ticket, hundreds of people telling us how they want us to pursue and grow the brand. And along the way you just get a lot of negative feedback that can be really hard. I think some of the other things is people put their own interest ahead of a product's interest or a full community's interest. And that's just economics 101, right? That's something. I have an applied economics degree.

Navigating Economic Principles

One of the underlying principles that we learn right away is if everyone's left to their own interest or their own demise, they're going to choose themselves every time. It's like scarcity 101. So we've gotten a lot of suggestions that said, hey, stop building a game. Just go buy a mega plot in some super fake, well known, attractive metaverse and it's only going to cost you five eth or ten e. But the, you know, the community will be happy and pump that, you know, those are like pretty shit ideas and they were offered, like, in pure desperation for us to pump at a time when people just want us to pump.

Resource Management and Strategy

I think some of the other hurdles that we've had is we're a very small team and as a free mint, we have a very small budget. It in a very, you know, small treasury relative to some of these other projects who they put out nothing, but at least they raised a couple hundred grand out of the gate. I mean, the strategic byproduct of that is I've become so nimble and frugal and learned how to use relationship equity and offer a lot to other people to do trades rather than, you know, straight up just pay like ten grand to be a part of some of these bigger events and have a presence at NFT conferences, for example.

Adapting and Finding Opportunities

So it's allowed me to think outside of the box and prioritize networking in the space and really forced me to be a part of the culture and be allowed on x and not slack in that front because I couldn't just pay for the brand exposure, you know, and just slack off because we don't have. Bro, you are dropping some fucking nuggets around here. Mandy. Relationships are the currency in web three. Do you know what I'm saying? And I've said before, like, you know, the real money in web three isn't here today.

Strengthening Connections

It's the real relationships that we're building to continue to, like, move forward. And before we get back, man, ape mother is dropping nuggets in this bitch right now. Again, we're hearing from somebody that's like, definitely boots on the ground. Definitely. And you said something that's key, right? As far as, like, the tech that you've been building and stuff like that. Because not everything fucking works. Not everything is going to be sustainable. Trial and Error in Web3

Is it going to work? We'll see. Like, you know, but you have to know when to let go. Some people hold on to some fucking tech. It's obsolete already, but. Is there really distinct value? I just have to propose one question. What if we are the value man?

That's what I'm saying. Like, what if. What if we can bring the value ourselves to these coins that are coming? But again, it comes back down to the mindset of the individual. You know, web three is a very seductive place.

So we saw, and I'm pretty sure that everybody saw, there are a lot of founders that left their NFT communities behind and now they're fucking meme coin gurus. Do you know what I mean?

The Long-term Vision

They didn't engage with the community. There was nothing spoken about what was going on with the NFT and the future growth of the NFT assets that they were holding. They were just pushing meme coins. So, like, you know, one has to be stable. One has to be like, you know, absolutely focused on what the long term vision is. You know, NFT, any project in web three is not a here today situation.

Embracing the Challenges Ahead

It's an infinite build. You have to keep on redefining, fine tuning. You know, it's a lot of trial and error. We're crash test dummies. Not everything's gonna work. Tech sounds great. Yeah. Like, you know, individuals have experienced different things on their journey and all that kind of good stuff because, like, you know, you can't just rely on your own, you know, personal database of knowledge and stuff like that. You know, it's impossible. It's too hard. Like, it. I, and I said this, like, we've been having, like, VC's and for the community. My guy ginsu down there at Friends Factory, we had a conversation and he's like, you know, you should start to host these VC's and let them see what you do on your end. And, you know, we've been able to do that and that's been, that's been great for me because I've been able to connect with them and then give them an understanding of kind of, like, what my role is and what I do. And they see it from, like, literally from start to finish. I'm not holding anything. I share the screen and it makes a difference. When you're trying to build a community, like, they fight for you. Then, like, when they see how much you're working, they tend to fight for you.

So I just said the other day, like, I do. You know, the problem is, bro, I think it's like people, when they get in this space, they are so, like, bullheaded in whatever their ideas, they don't want to change it. Let's say that they just don't have time for it. They might see it. They might feel the way they feel. They just. They don't have time to engage. So I'm getting.
