Now, of course, it's impossible, like when you first start, it might be you. You're going to have to be close to it or a little bit over it. But, and that's okay if you are close to it or you're a little bit over it if you're under that 5000 mark. But what Rome is talking about is there are some people that have 300 followers, 400 followers, and they're following to 10,000 people, and it's literally like.

Avoiding Spammy Behavior

And all they do is retweet things and they haven't made any of their own posts. Their bio is some sketchy referral link. And it's really difficult. That's what Rome's talking about now. Just clean it up. And what I recommend doing is getting on desktop and just going through and doing it in a timely manner.

Caution in Unfollowing Practices

Do not do it all at once. Like, actually pay attention to the time that you're taking in between the unfollows, because that can lead to being shadow banned or freaking. It can lead to account issues if you're freaking mass unfollowing hundreds and hundreds of people at once. Okay, I recommend.

Recommended Unfollowing Strategy

And, like, it might be in the code, it's like no more than 20 to like 25 an hour of unfollowing in a row. Now, some people will push it and do like 50, 60, but I just don't recommend that. Literally, you will get shadow banned, and then you'll be like, damn, I'm shadow banned.

And then you'll have to deal with that for a day, two days, three days, and I can't tell you how many times when it was, like, before I hit 15,000 followers.
