All right. Good evening, everybody and welcome to this online meet and greet event about a joint way to grow announcement between the E SIGN network and Rock Solid Estate Network. My name is Stephen and I would be your host tonight. Today I am joined by Sebastian Mueller. He is the CEO of Rock Solid Estates and Sally Vander, Executive Board Executive at the E SI Network. Sebastian, Sally, welcome and thank you for giving us your time. Welcome. Hi. It’s a pleasure to be here. Hi, Stephen. Hi, Sebastian. So, should I say a few words? Yes, of course, if you’d like. Sure. So hi everybody. Welcome very much to this meet and greet event and thank you so much for joining. As Stephen said, my name is Sally and I’m working for E SING Network. I am a Board executive. And basically I have been in the blockchain industry now for around 4 years and I have, I hope some insights that I can share with you with regards to this partnership. So the main objectives for this specific session and the meeting with Sebastian in the next 30 to 40 minutes would be to inform everybody on the community on the launch of this partnership, to discuss what are the practical terms with regards to how this partnership will affect all of you wonderful participants. Moreover, I would really like that Sebastian gives us an overview of what Rock Solid is doing right now. I think once we do that then we can basically, yeah, we can. move on with some other points that we would like to present to you. Exactly. Also, we’re going to take some questions that we can answer from the audience that have been collected prior to this meeting. So, without further ado, let’s rock on. When you’ve been preparing that for the first question all day, have you? I have, actually. Nice. So, yeah, over to you, Sebastian. Let’s hear about what this project is about and E SIGN Network also, please. Thanks a lot. First of all, thank you again for letting us using this platform and to use this partnership to present what we are doing and how we can implement the E SIGN technology and what it also covers for the people we’ve been working on this project now for two years and we’ve come a long way basically from the idea to the first funding round all the way to today where the tokenization part is being emphasized and with our good cooperation with E SIGN Network, of course, and also with NI focus. So my name is Sebastian. I’m the CEO of Rock Solid. Rock Solid was founded in 2015 and we have been focusing on real estate projects since 2017. Why did we start this whole tokenization real estate project? That’s because tokenization, of course, and real estate is a very conservative field and very new. So one of the reasons that we chose the E SING network is because they have a very adaptable and user friendly interface, but also the network infrastructure is very reliable and we feel very safe about the infrastructure and the scalability. Yeah, thank you. I mean, I’d love to hear more about it and maybe also give our users, our audience here a bit of background on what E SIGN is doing. Maybe just a few points. Yep, sure. So the E SING network. At the moment, we have basically two main projects that are ongoing. One of them is internally, we call it the Essence project that it’s about staking on the blockchain and the other one is the E SING Mainnet project. The E SING MainNet project aims to be a scalable and sustainable blockchain network that can provide developers with a more efficient and sustainable way to deploy their applications. So the E SING MainNet project and the Essence project are very closely related. And the Essence project is the first step towards the realization of the E SING MainNet. This is what I can say in a nutshell. There are a lot of different features and use cases that we are integrating and that we are developing and yeah, I mean, we have a very good start when it comes to blockchain and the way that we want to develop these services. Thank you for this informative breakdown. It’s quite insightful actually to see the two main points of focus for E SIGN. And I suppose this is in line with the overall protocol development of the blockchain ecosystem. In that line, what brings you two together in this partnership? Sebastian? Well, there’s actually a very long story behind it. I will sum it up so it doesn’t take too long. We see very big potential in using blockchain technology in real estate, not just because of making everything more streamlined and faster and clearer, but also the yields are higher and you have very clear outline and contracts and very safe. And that’s why we use the method of tokenisation because when you tokenize real estate, first of all, normal investors or people who don’t have a lot of money can always have the possibility of having opportunities to invest in real estate assets. So with this model, also with focus, there are a lot of people can buy whenever they want and how much they want. So they are very flexible. And again, some other advantages, a very important advantage is that we don’t have any fixed fees, you get a profit share and we also get a profit share as company so when we perform we get money and of course the investors also get money. And the profit share is that we distribute 80% of the profits we generated to our investors. And the profits we generated can also be voted, because, for instance, when you have a rock token, you are also, you have very big co determination rights. So you can also vote for when we have, for instance, two real estates, one is, for instance, office building, and the other one is a hotel, you can vote on which one we should acquire. And after that, of course, maybe after a year or so we think, okay, let’s put football tag on the rooftop. But then of course the value of the real estate increases, but also we get more payout, because for instance, when we have photovoltaic on the rooftop, we generate revenue from energy and that’s why the yield increases and also the whole value. And the people can vote whether we should invest into our real estate, or say, or they say, no, don’t invest, we want a more payout so the people can decide with us together. That’s also a very big part. Yeah. So basically, as the initial investment increases, so does the payout in the long run. Exactly, exactly. So when the people vote, for instance, when they say no, we don’t want big payouts, we just want increase in real estate, then the people vote for buying more real estate and developing, so that the payout will be less, but the value will increase more. Or the other way around. When people say, no, don’t invest into the real estate, we want more payout, then the people can decide and vote on this. So this will also show the future. The future will show how the investment process will look. And also with our cooperation with England focus, we have a very good real estate pipeline and sometimes buy real estate for much lower prices because we have the network for this. So, for instance, when you go out there and want to buy real estate for, I don’t know, 1 million euros or so, we get the possibility through all the companies and cooperation partners that we buy the same real estate for maybe, I don’t know, 70%. And this is of course the yield that the investors get. So we have a clear pipeline for the next month and maybe some later on, Sally will tell you what are the next steps concerning the e-sign technology and also the ROK technology. Yeah, for sure. This is actually quite fascinating and offers a very good bridge between what you are doing and what the e-sign network is providing. Sally, what can you add to this narrative in terms of what you think of this partnership? First of all, thanks Sebastian, that was amazing. I think overall narrative description of what we want to achieve here and help users onboard to reach these goals. First, from our side, the importance of the co-determination and the voting rights makes this even more attractive not only to potential users but also to investors. From our perspective, we are totally committed towards this vision and this is actually perfectly in line with our priority which is onboarding users in a safe and easy manner. This is one of our cornerstones, one of our pillars so to say and the reliability part attracts us even more to this cooperation. From our side, the e-sign network, of course, we will do our outmost to promote this cooperation and to work very closely and of course not just you, Sebastian, and rock solid executives but also the community and all the members that are actually out there and very curious about this new opportunity. Oh, thanks. Yeah, so basically we haven’t had any bad feedback until now, which is very nice. And I’m also always saying to the people that we ask a lot for the community to do steps forward to communicate and we ask all the people for feedback, good feedback, but also bad feedback, because only then we can see what are the other main opinions, what do other people think, what are the things that other people want in a company. And this is very important for us. And also, as I mentioned before, there’s a reason why we say to the people Profits will be voted because this is a new way and a new vote tech field. So yeah. I think this will show the future how we think that everything in the future will go and this is why we choose this and yeah, this is very important for us and for the people. Yeah, we agree. I mean, it’s quite significant. When you ask for both positive and negative feedback from the community. It is a way better system of improvement and delivering according to users needs and of course, interest. If someone asks, I mean, this would also accomplish a safe ground for users to decide on how to advance their understanding of the blockchain projects. That’s another reason actually. So for me, overall user feedback is crucial, I would say that’s one of the main steps. And also, I mean, if I can build on this point, this actually makes it easier for the community to actually see how engaged we are and how much we want to increase our interaction with the users. So thanks for the addition here, Sebastian. Actually, those are quite interesting points. And if I would sum it up nicely, it serves as a bridge between you (Sebastian) and your investors and invites them to have a direct impact on your decision making process. So once the funding goals are reached, Sebastian, how will this turn out to play in the medium and long term? Well, yeah. So that’s why we chose a stock company basically to present everything, to show everything, to see okay, the people can see what we do as the balancing sheets are in line, they can see all the costs and we say to the people hey look what we are doing, for instance, I don’t know, Instagram or our website, we announce everything and the people can always see what we are doing. This is really important and it increases the transparency toward us, our cooperation partners and also towards our investors, of course. Can you expand a bit on that? You seem to emphasize transparency. Yeah, very important, not only the tokenization factor here but also to deliver and show what we are doing rather than just talking. We not only want to perform but we also want that people understand and see what we are doing and that’s a very big part of the listing and also of our company. Because if people cannot see what we are doing and they are not interested, they just maybe want to buy the tokens and that’s it. We want to achieve a very big community feeling and this is very important for us and also for our future steps. So, yeah, that was also the reason why we didn’t make Gebeha a small company. We made a big, stock company so people can directly see everything. And, of course, the co-determination rights and the voting rights are a very big part of it. And also, that’s why the FMA approved us because they said, okay, the people have to be part of this whole process and can vote. Yeah, great. Well, now, let’s turn a little bit to the questions that we have collected from the community. So how will tokenizing rock solids on E SIGN increase the price value on VCs? I think that’s a little bit of a question for both of you. Yes, for sure. Can I start or what do you want? Yeah, keep going. That’s fine. Yeah, I mean, I think that Sebastian touched upon this quite a few times already in the answers that he had. Basically, by explaining how I SIGN is related to the rock token here and how basically the rewards and the yields that come out from their initiative are basically given out in E CS. And this basically shows the relationship between both how interlinked those two projects are. One more thing that I would say here is it’s a two side answer. Right now, it is important to have a stable framework and a very strong background in the sense we have a robust model and we know what to expect if market conditions change. This is important to ensure value increase and investor interest as the rewards and the profits generated from the rock tokens are reflected in the E CS We designed this mechanism so that we can ensure a weight to grow and stable financial system without being speculative. At the heart of the increase in the prices here is basically the stability and the background and the robustness of the model we are presenting. And I think that’s on the I SIGN part and I’ll leave it to you, Sebastian, for the rest. Yes, of course, as you said wisely I think the stability is very important, not just for the company and the profits that want more, also for the security behind the project. The technology is most important because imagine we have a network, then the people have tokens, they have voting rights, but the network doesn’t work. So, yeah, maybe maybe Sally, you can have one or two sentences about the connectivity and the security of the I SIGN network, because this is very important at this part. Good point, Sebastian. So the network is actually quite interlinked and something that we have established from an encrypted basis back in 2018. From the security side, what we’ve done is basically, we fine tuned basically every aspect of the protocol to make sure that the connection is strong between the E CS token holders, and what the indexes reflect under different circumstances. We have run various testnets, we have a very active bug bounty campaign, all the possible situations. Basically, we looked at different scenarios and we made sure that we are always having a very stable connection between the two sides. So yes, this is why from the security perspective, we implemented these steps now and in this way we are more than 100% sure of the security aspect and in the future we will update you on our further findings on that point. Great. So in a nutshell, maybe if I try to recap and you let me know if I missed anything, I would say the benefit of tokenizing rock solid estates is the increased payout from the decision making process that incorporates investor feedback and allows them to actually be a part of it. This ensures a high level of transparency and also investment flexibility that could be scaled up without having high initial capital. Is this the correct approach or did I miss anything? No, this is a perfect summary, actually even shorter than my answers. Great. Glad to hear that. Well, here is a question a bit more relevant to your project rollout Sebastian and it’s about partnerships. Are there any other partnerships lined up in the next 6 months that you can publicly disclose? Yes, of course. Honestly, there are 3-4 projects that we are looking at right now. And of course, with every cooperation partner follows a very deep due diligence process. So we can guarantee that also our investors are very secure and safe. And we will present the whole new cooperation partners within the next month. We have certain cooperation partners that we can’t disclose at this stage but it’s very big names in the real estate, development and tokenization paths. So this will be presented, you know, in the coming months. Great. Cool. Looking forward to that. There is a question about the idea of tackling inflation. Sally, on your end, does tracking inflation affect decision making in the E SIGN? Can you expand a little bit more on this? Yeah, it’s a very, thank you for the question, very interesting actually. It was part of the robust model that we were discussing earlier with Sebastian. It’s basically how we relate financial decisions as to a broader scale economy. So, on the market end and at a network level especially tracking inflation is quite a very important factor. It’s one of the data that gets aggregated on different frames and different intervals according to geographic differences. So, the model that we designed basically feeds us all this information which will allow us to make an informed decision moving forward and ensure users that we do take market sentiment and economic variables into account. So, for example, whenever there’s some massive inflation spike, we have been able to adjust our staking rewards accordingly to ensure it maintains its value and its proportionate value for the user throughout the entire period while securing everything on the basis of the protocol. All right, thank you for this detailed answer. There is also another question that talks about updates on what E SIGN is doing right now. Do we have anything planned about it? Are there any plans in the pipeline for more updates on what E SING is doing right now? Do we have planned anything like that? Yes, yes, for sure. So these things, I would say at the moment the focus is going to be on. On three things. It’s going to be on accessibility, it’s going to be on liquidity, and it’s going to be on validating use cases. For example, with rock solid. This is a valid use case that’s going to. That’s going to go live soon. And we are actively seeking further use cases when it comes to that, when it comes to accessibility and liquidity. And we do realize that this is a priority at the moment for the project and we are currently working on that. I, I understand the community sentiment, and there’s gonna be announcements coming up within the coming weeks that would go into the direction of what I just mentioned, accessibility and further liquidity. So stay put for more. This is what I can say for the time being. And yeah, I mean, we are not here to speculate on prices. This is not any financial advice or even when it comes to us presenting the rock solid project, everyone is free to do their own research. But it’s just a project that we wanted to showcase for our audience, for our community, but also to, I mean, to showcase in the sense that to show the real world use case here.
